The Arthur Rollneck, in ivory, takes its name from aerial navigator Sir Arthur Whitten Brown. Brown, with pilot Sir John Alcock, made the first non-stop transatlantic flight in June of 1919. The flight, carried out in a modified Vickers Vimy bomber, was fraught with danger, including intense turbulence, instrument failure, and at one point the wings becoming frozen in ice. They flew a total of 1,890 miles in 15 hours 57 minutes, at an average speed of 115mph.

This rollneck will help you to fight icy conditions in style, providing warmth and versatility.

This traditionally designed rollneck has a high waistband that can be pulled down or tucked over and folded over.

Stanley Biggs provides you such wonderful vintage clothing at very high quality and low prices.
